Usage analytics and privacy
Usage analytics stay off until you allow them below.
If you allow them, we use Segment and Google Analytics for approved top-level page categories, button and link interactions, form submission attempts, and sign-in and sign-out outcomes. Private detail, safety and consent pages are excluded. This never includes what you type, record, upload or read, or any member, meeting, circle, reflection or account identifier.
Sign-in measurement uses fixed method, outcome and stage categories and a temporary operation identifier; it excludes email addresses and error text. Browser callbacks can set a client-readable result cookie for up to 60 seconds. A matching attempt identifier is kept in this tab’s session storage and can match a result for up to 10 minutes. It is removed when consumed, tracking is turned off, or the tab is closed. Without a matching attempt, nothing is sent. The result cookie may be set even when tracking is disabled; the browser discards it without sending. Workflow steps remain excluded unless you separately allow workflow sharing below.
The random analytics identifier stays in page memory. URL queries, fragments, referrers and dynamic identifiers are excluded. Requests omit cookies and set an IP-zero override; the receiving service still sees the connecting network address. There is no session recording, advertising use or cross-visit identity.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control turn off these analytics. You can also save a site preference below. This does not change microphone permissions, first-party diagnostics or recording consent.
Workflow reliability
Optional: share fixed meeting, upload, processing, reflection and goal steps with Segment and Google Analytics. Only coarse categories, age and timing buckets are sent—no content, file names, dates or entity identifiers. Existing analytics choices do not enable this. Turning off usage analytics also stops workflow sharing. Demo, safety and private-access activity remain excluded.
Local workflow counts
Optional and off by default. Count meeting, reflection and commitment actions in this browser memory only. These totals are never uploaded; workflow sharing is a separate choice above. Counts contain no content, identities or activity history; closing this page, signing out or turning collection off clears them. Your usage-analytics opt-out, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also disable these counts.
