- Choose Apple, Google, an email sign-in link, or your Carry password.
- Open email sign-in links on the device where you want to use The Carry.
- If the link expired or was already used, request a fresh one from the sign-in screen.
Run a meeting
- Create or open your circle and choose the expected attendees.
- Read the consent notice and obtain unanimous verbal consent before recording.
- Check the recording screen to confirm capture has started. Recording can continue during app switching and screen lock; force-quitting stops capture, and audio interruptions can pause it. Return to the app to check its status. You can also select an existing consented audio or video file.
- Review every detected speaker and attendance mismatch before generating Reflections.
- Read, edit or delete eligible sections after the app confirms source cleanup. Older group Reflections may still request approval.
Account and deletion
Open Account & Security to review active sessions, sign out this device, sign out all devices, or request account deletion. A deletion request immediately blocks new sign-in links and shows its status. Deletion is completed within 30 days, with an emailed update before that deadline if source cleanup delays it. Completion requires the operator procedure described in the privacy policy.
Report a safety or content concern
Use the in-app Delete section control to remove eligible content. Use the in-app reporting and member-blocking controls for safety concerns. You can also email bbeaird@gmail.com. Identify the circle and meeting by date, but do not copy private meeting content into email. We review safety reports within 24 hours and remove objectionable content or abusive accounts when a report is upheld. Routine reports are resolved within 7 days. This is not an emergency service; if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Access can be suspended while investigating.
Need help?
